2. Information we collect
klenich.com itself does not process purchases or collect payment details — the “Visit Our Store” link takes you to our online store (hosted on mybillbook), which collects and processes your order information under its own privacy policy. On klenich.com, we collect only what you choose to send us directly: your name, email, phone number and message when you use our contact form; your email address if you subscribe to our newsletter; and the messages you type into our support chat. If you placed an order when klenich.com offered online ordering directly, we continue to hold those order records (name, contact and shipping details, order and payment status) and any account, review, or program data linked to them. We also keep basic usage data needed to run the site.
3. How we use it
To respond to your enquiries, answer your questions in the support chat, and send our newsletter if you’ve subscribed — you can unsubscribe from it anytime. Records of past orders are kept for support and legal purposes.
4. Sharing
We share data with service providers strictly to run the site: our email provider, to deliver enquiries and the newsletter; and our AI provider (Groq), which processes support-chat messages to generate replies. We also use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand site usage and measure ad performance; these send browsing data (such as pages viewed) to Google and Meta, who may use it under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Cookies & browser storage
Recently-viewed products, and whether you’ve dismissed our newsletter pop-up, are stored locally in your own browser (not on our servers) so the site remembers them between visits — functional storage needed for the site to work. Separately, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel (see Section 4) set their own cookies to measure usage and ad performance.

We keep records of past orders as required by law. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting bharatblissofficial@gmail.com.
